Group Flexibility and Flow Classes
Join our Group Flexibility and Flow Classes to experience top-notch flexibility and mobility training in a supportive group setting. All of our classes combine mobility & breathwork instruction for a complete nervous system regulating experience. When we get work with this understanding then we are able to create more tolerance in the Stretch Reflex, which is the primary goal of all of our services. We take a holistic approach to improving flexibility & mobility by incorporating perpetual movement into the postures and taking into consideration the Fascial Net as a whole. Most gymnastics or yoga classes lack this element resulting in less gains in mobility and more injury for consistent practitioners.
